Art Group Show for the 'Lange Nacht der Bilder Friedrichshain' (http://www.kulturring.org/lange-nacht/)in Berlin, coming September at Studio 75 called ‘Adapt’.
Studio 75 is a multiproject space to be opened on the Karl-Marx-Allee
75. With the 'Adapt' group show, we will participate in the big event
which overall theme is 'Lebenswelten'.
Since the fall of the
Berlin wall the, many citizens from all parts of the world have either
moved to or spend a significant amount of time in the newly formed city.
Berlin to many is the final frontier for artists and creatives, to have
adequate social and living standards as their work practice continues.
However living in Berlin, that is part of a democratic socialist
country, comes with unique circumstances that can be challenging yet
beneficial in comparison of other contemporary cities. This show will
bring together artists whose work displays a reflection of how living in
such a unique city has affected them and possibly their creative
execution.
The run of the show will be September 14- 28th 2013.
